The clans are recovering from the massive forest fire that started near Thunderclan territory and swept through all clan territories. As the leaves begin to change color and fall from the trees, it is apparent that Leaf-fall is here. The massive gap in ammount of gatherings will soon be closed, and the medicine cats look forward to meeting once again. Shadowclan lacks a deputy and Medicine Cat, and Riverclan needs a Medicine Cat Apprentice to carry on the wisdom of herbs and healing. Riverclan and Shadowclan have both postponed their battle, though hostilities between the two clans are still apparent. It seems that as the light begins to shine on the clans, darkness closes in on Starclan...

Dream - ThunderClan « Thread Started on Nov 16, 2008, 5:13pm »
Name: Dreamweaver
Gender: queen
Breed: tabby
Age: 24 moons
Clan: ThunderClan
Position: Medicine Cat
Appearance: confident and beautiful—that's what most cats say about Dreamweaver. And indeed, she is beautiful. Her tabby pelt is sleek and soft, and seems to glow in the moonlight. She's long-limbed and slim, but not so much that she looks like a WindClanner. Her eyes are startlingly bright blue, and give quite a shock to some cats. She's much smaller than most, because she hasn't grown since she was around seven moons.
Personality: though she still acts like a young apprentice sometimes, Dreamweaver knows when to be serious. She's dreamy and quiet, and loves kits. She loves learning from the Elders, and says that a story can never be told too many times. She loves being a Medicine Cat, and would never trade it for anything.
History: Dream always knew that she would walk a Medicine Cat's path, even before she joined ThunderClan. She was born a kittypet, with a sweet-talking rogue father. She left her twoleg nest at six moons and lived in a cavern beneath the roots of a great evergreen tree. It was warm, even in leaf-bare, and the pine needles were soft underpaw. She lived alone most of the time, and others traveled to find her when they were injured or ill. She had dreams of strange cats with stars in their pelts, and though she didn't knew who they were, she somehow knew she could trust them. She was comforted by them in her dreams when a patient slipped beyond her grasp, and some of them—those who had been healers in their lifetime—mentored her as she slept. A young kit—Ghost—was abandoned by his mother. He was more peaceful than most, and she trained him in her ways. When the starry cats—StarClan, they called themselves—led her away from her home, she left Ghost to take her place as Healer, searching for the forest of Thunder that the StarClanners had told her about through visions and dreams. They hadn't told her directly what the forest of Thunder was, but when she crossed through ShadowClan's swampy territory and ran into a patrol of ThunderClan warriors, she knew she had found her home. By this time, she was almost eighteen moons old. She was apprenticed to the Medicine Cat, and took her full name when she was twenty moons. She's treated countless illness and injuries since then, and taken over for Eastwind. (is that right?)
RP Example: ;\\ the forest was dark, almost menacing, and still covered in ash after the fire. To the untrained eye, it seemed dead and lifeless—the trees were blackened and burnt, the leaves piles of ash at their roots, and the darkness was still and quiet. But if you looked closer, you would be able to see the green flesh of the tree under its bark, hear the almost-silent scurrying of tiny paws over the dead foliage.
;\\ even in the darkness of the forest, the stars shone bright in the night sky. The tabby queen padding through the forest, her pelt glowing silver in the faint moonlight, seemed relieved at this. Even in the darkest of times, she thought, there is a light. StarClan is always watching over us. The queen—Dreamweaver—had great faith in StarClan, you see. They had visited her in dreams even before she had become a part of ThunderClan. They had trained her as a Healer, and in the ways of the Warrior Code, then lead her to ThunderClan to be their Medicine Cat.
;\\ Dreamweaver's blue eyes didn't waste in sadness at the destruction of the forest. She saw the fire as a chance for the forest to start over. It had stopped—or at least paused—the battle between RiverClan and ShadowClan, and had burnt out old, dead plants, giving the healthy young plants their chance to grow—such was the way of nature.
;\\ True, the fire had burnt out most of her herb store, but there was always something if you knew where to look. The silvery tabby nosed under the dead leaves, pushing them away with her paws until she found the scent she had followed. The leaves were blackened by ash, but further down, close to the roots, there was the green fuzz of new growth. She recovered the leaves and turned to head back to camp, letting the plants grow, but taking note of where they were.

ok, EVERYONE STOP! Straw, Dream created the bio first. I'm sorry, but she will remain medicine cat. Firefang, you may become medicine cat apprentice if you like, just modify your bio. And as for taking away positions for inactivity, the member must have been inactive for a few weeks if they are a high position. This thread is LOCKED.
